Is it possible for me to cancel my order?

Once completed, orders for perishable goods like cakes, flowers, or personalized/customized products cannot be canceled. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it for basic goods. Please be aware that the majority of orders are processed within a few hours of being made.

Within 12 working hours of the cancellation, we will complete your refund if your request is valid.

Note: Cancellations will incur a 5% fee. Additionally, there is no reimbursement for any reduced or exempted sum.

Is it possible for me to return an item?

Returns are not accepted. However, if the goods are damaged, flawed, or if the wrong product is delivered, you can notify our customer service staff within 24 hours of delivery.

In case of a damaged, flawed, or incorrect product, the following options are available:

  • Re-delivery of the correct product to your address.
  • Refund in Bloomsnberrys Cash Points (Within 12 hours, points will be added to your account).
  • Refund in the original payment method (Within 3-5 business days, the money will appear in your account).

If the complaint is made after 24 hours from the delivery date, or if the product was delivered to an incorrect address or the receiver was not available, we will not accept requests for refunds or reattempts.

Which situations do not qualify for a refund?

  • Incorrect/Inaccurate address: If cakes, sweets, flowers, or other perishable goods are delivered to the wrong address provided by the sender.
  • Receiver Refusal or Unavailability: When the receiver refuses to accept the delivery or is unavailable at the delivery address.
  • Handling Problems: If the quality of the goods is compromised due to improper handling after delivery.

What circumstances qualify for a refund?

  • Order Cancellation: If the order is canceled before it is processed, a refund will be issued.
  • Non-Delivery to Receiver: If the order is not delivered to the receiver (excluding cases where the receiver is not available).
  • Quality Concerns: If the product is defective or doesn't meet the expected quality, the consumer will either get a refund or have the product replaced.

Is it possible to schedule a return pickup?

For Products with Same-Day Delivery (like cakes and flowers): These items are perishable, so return pick-ups are not feasible.

For Courier Products:

  • Standard Pin Codes: If a return request is made within 24 hours of delivery, damaged or faulty products can be picked up for return.
  • After 24 hours: Return pick-up services will not be available after 24 working hours.
  • Remote Regions & Foreign Places: Return pick-up is unavailable in remote areas and outside of India. Customers will need to return items themselves.

How much time does it take for a refund to be processed?

Refund Initiation: Refunds are initiated within 12 working hours after approval.

Time for Money to Reflect: Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
