Once completed, orders for perishable goods like cakes, flowers, or personalized/customized products cannot be canceled. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it for basic goods. Please be aware that the majority of orders are processed within a few hours of being made.
Within 12 working hours of the cancellation, we will complete your refund if your request is valid.
Note: Cancellations will incur a 5% fee. Additionally, there is no reimbursement for any reduced or exempted sum.

Returns are not accepted. However, if the goods are damaged, flawed, or if the wrong product is delivered, you can notify our customer service staff within 24 hours of delivery.

For Products with Same-Day Delivery (like cakes and flowers): These items are perishable, so return pick-ups are not feasible.

Refund Initiation: Refunds are initiated within 12 working hours after approval.
