Refund and Cancellation Policy

bloomsnberrys – Cancellation And Refund Policy:

  • Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24hr delivery window starts. In case of Courier Products cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched and Personalised Products once placed can not be cancelled
  • NO cancellation requests are accepted on order placed in following categories :
  1. Same day delivery category – If your date of placing an order and delivery date of that order are same, we do not accept cancellation request. If you cancel it, or receiver does not receive it – you are not entitled to any refund.
  2.  Same day mid-night delivery orders can not be cancelled.
    Special day orders can not be cancelled and no refund is initiated for them.
  •  Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: ” Cancellation Request” and sent to support@bloomsnberrys.com

Mail shall contain following details:-

  • Refund shall be made under following conditions:We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. For perishable products, delivery attempt can be made again subject to our decision and you may be liable for additional delivery charge in such cases. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
    1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
    2. Premises locked.
    3. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
    4. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
    5. Delivered the product at the Gate / Neighbor as per instruction given by receiver.
    6. Recipient not available.
  •  If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will            inquire  about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or          the product will be replaced.
  • A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  • In case of Cancellation, 5% charge will be applicable.
  • Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
  • Any extra amount credited to bloomsnberrys account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
  • In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund bloomsnberrys shall have the deciding hand.
  • bloomsnberrys may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
